Why are we giving away free software?
Well, as the 97yk3 is still in its infancy we think it only fair that we do not charge, an opportunity to iron out the wrinkles, to improve the software etc, and we believe while this kind of activity is going on it is unfair to charge a fee!
You know we scratch your back, you scratch ours.
What are we trying to achieve?
We are developing a piece of software that will make it easier for everyone to run their own website, from the individual having fun with a little dabble, to businesses wishing to utilise a low cost manager, a free virtual website manager in fact!
What features will it have?
Ah, this is the great part, we want it to have all the features that will make it the most incredible website manager you could ever employ, but in this case free and virtual!
How is this achieved?
Its really simple and effective, we have a feature request form that our customers can use, in order to request a feature that they would like to see in the next product update.
We then consider the viability of the paticular feature, and if it is a feature that is in our think tank box we push it forward, and up the chain, to be developed sooner rather than later, and as soon as it is ready, it becomes available to benefit all customers as a product update.
In theory this will create a product of a very high standard with many quality features, suited to the needs of our users and their clients, for our users and their clients.
Whats the catch?
Well none really, apart from the fact that to have a website you usually need to pay a provider for domain registration and website hosting costs, but this is true for any website, software, hosting etc... and those charges would be incurred even if you didn't use our software!
Can you help me with website hosting?
No sorry, we do not offer website hosting services at this time.
Can I use any hosting company?
Yes! You can use any one you choose, but you will need to check in the first instance that other hosting companies have their servers set up and configured in the correct way to use this software. We are biased as we use MJPTechnology.com ourselves as they allow us to keep costs down, and this in turn allows us to pass down the saving to you!
