That the permissions of directories are set properly, regardless of installation method.
When at all possible, set permissions on most directories to 755 or as restrictive as is possible in any given situation.
Users are ultimately responsible for their account and their actions. This includes the compromise of credentials such as username and password.
It is required that you use a secure password and change it at regular intervals. If a weak password is used, your account may be suspended.
Security is important to us, if we find that your Password is weak we will notify you and request a change or update.

All invoices will require prompt on time payment.

Any invoice that is overdue after the 7 day grace period will incur a #10 late fee and/or an account suspension.
All accounts will be reactivated upon payment in full.
Invoices that have been paid more than once due to 2nd click Paypal Subscriptions will be refunded to your account as credit and can be used towards 97yk3.com and its Network services and products.
The use of 97yk3.com and its Network, services, products and storage servers are at your sole risk.
We are not responsible for any files and/or data residing on your account, or the corruption and/or deletion of said files and/or data.
You agree to take full responsibility for any files and/or data stored and/or transferred, and to maintain all appropriate backups of all files and/or data stored on 97yk3.com and its Network servers.
Any abuse of our staff in any medium or format will result in the suspension or termination of your services.
97yk3.com and its Network reserves the right to cancel the account at any time with or without notice.
You are allocated a monthly bandwidth allowance and a set storage limit that is dependent upon the Hosting Package you have purchased.
Should your account pass the allocated amount of bandwidth we reserve the right to suspend the account until the start of the next allocation.
Should your account pass the allocated set storage limit we reserve the right to suspend the account until you upgrade your Hosting Package for an additional fee.
Should your account pass the allocated Bandwidth and/or Storage limits, we reserve the right to charge you an additional fee for the overages.
Unused Transfer, Bandwidth, in one month cannot be carried over to the next.
We offer a 30 day no quibble satisfaction money back guarantee on all Hosting Packs. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your approved account, you will be given a full refund of that contracted amount.
Remember this 30 day no quibble satisfaction money back guarantee does not apply to administrative fees, install fees for any software, or domain name purchases.
We offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee. If we fail to deliver, you may receive one month of credit on your account for any one year period, starting from the date your account was approved. Approval of this credit is at the discretion of 97yk3.com and its Network. And is dependant upon justification provided. Third party monitoring service reports may not be used for justification due to a variety of factors including the monitor's network capacity/transit availability.
The uptime of the server is defined as the reported uptime from the operating system and the Apache Web Server which may differ from the uptime reported by other individual services. To request a credit, please contact 97yk3.com with justification. All requests must be made in writing via email.

Online Conduct

You are solely responsible and liable for your account and all your activities on 97yk3.com and its Network.
Listed below are some, but not all, violations and unacceptable behaviour that will result in termination of your account:-

Any site found hosting child pornography or linking to child pornography will be suspended immediately without notice.
Content that is Illegal, Obscene, or Libellous. This includes but is not limited to Unauthorized copying of video, music, books, photographs, or any other copyrighted work.

To run any IRC (Internet Relay Chat) Bots, Proxy Scripts, Pirated Software, Warez, bit torrent applications.
To participate in any file-sharing/peer-to-peer activities, Image Filedump, Mirror, or Banner-ad Services.
To run any gaming servers such as or similar to Counter-Strike, Half-Life, Battlefield1942, etc.
To run Commercial Audio Streaming (more than one or two streams).
To run Escrow, High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or related sites, Investment Sites, or Lottery Sites.
To run Hate Sites and Sites promoting illegal activities. Hacker focused sites including IP Scanners, Brute Force Programs, Mail Bombers and Spam Scripts, Links to Warez content is also prohibited.
To send Unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and Spam.
No Organization or Entity listed in the ROKSO may be hosted on our servers.
Any Account which results in our IP space being blacklisted will be immediately suspended and/or terminated.
97yk3.com and its Network reserves the right to charge the Account holder used to send any unsolicited e-mail a clean up fee. The cost of the clean up fee is entirely at the discretion of 97yk3.com and its Network.
You must not use 25% or more of system resources for longer then 90 seconds. Numerous activities may cause such a problems. These include:- CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, etc.
You must not run cron entries with intervals of less than 15 minutes.
using more than 50,000 inodes on any account may potentially result in suspension. Every file (a web page, image file, email, etc) on your account uses up one inode.

You are forbidden to harass, threaten, embarrass or interfere with another user in any unwanted way.
You are forbidden to use vulgar or abusive language in any and all formats of media.
You are forbidden to pretend to be or impersonate another user or individual.
You are forbidden to use or attempt to gain another users password.
Violations will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency.

Ownership

All materials, including all images, software, text, graphics, buttons, keywords and metatags, known collectively as the "look and feel or the content" are protected by copyright.
All said Trademarks, logos and software displayed or used on the Site are subject to the rights of 97yk3.com and its Network or its Content Providers.
